Trouble removing icons from IconPackager

I uninstalled IconPackager and only some of the icons were removed. In fact, I think the only ones it changed back to default windows xp icons were My Computer, My Documents, and My Network Places. I've tried changing the icons in the desktop properties but no go. I've uninstalled and cleaned the registry as well. If anybody can help it would be greatly appreciated.
