Something to think about (but not too hard)

Ok, I have two thing to address with this post. But before I get into this, I have to say that I am not doing this to pester the admins. Its just a couple of ideas of things to change the site.
First: Tiny thing, but on the messageboard main page, at the top above the Search box, where there would normally be a library heading or something, there is nothing. Maybe that should say Message Board or something. Just something I noticed. Nothing major.
Second: A new smiley. I have got an idea for a new smiley to do in the bottom corner of the smiley list. That space is really getting to me. So I made a new smiley that would go great with the rest of them. This smiley is one that looks embarrased. I have been working with arraciFleahciM on this one. We think we have it nearly done, we're just working on the eyes. The smiley is rolling his eyes with kind of a pouty, shameful look on his face. I was just wondering what all of you thought of that kind of a smily. I'm going to try to upload it as my desktop image, but if I cant I think you'll have to use your imagination. (Note, it may be lower quality because I have to use jpeg format) Or, if you really need to see it, I can email it to you. Just send me an email asking for it and I'll try to help you out.

I mean under this:
Store - Edit Account - My skins - Submit News - Upload - Message Board - Help
But above the Search box there is a spot like a rounded rectangle that has words in it in all the other library spots but doesnt here.

Thanks. I just got some stuff out of the Character Map that is in start - programs - accessories - system tools. (In M.E. anyways)

I know lots of people have played with making emoticons with just that spot in mind. Seems like everyone would want a chance to show their stuff.
