installation problems, need help please

Hi,
I'm new to WC and i'm trying to download some new windows themes. i download the file but i'm not able to open it. it says it's a .suite file. what program do i need to run the file and then how do i install the whole theme and where and all that stuff. thanks

do i need to download all the extra files like the iconpackager and all that?
