Object Bar skin problem

Ok..i have ObjectBar and whenever i have the XP Jeans skin,and my XP skin(my computer is windows 98)loaded..i can never install a program because it tell me to ask my system admin..is there a way on how i can disable it..it is really annoying to disable everything and install the program

I have a Windows 98 computer...They are no users..i have WindowsBlinds and Object bar to make my windows 98 look like windows XP..

Are you running multiple user account on your comp?
It seems to that you as 'user' don't have the permissions to install things.
