What is the "Author logo" and "Logo filename" section when you go to upload a skin? I probably sound like an idiot, but I really have no idea about it.

They're left-overs from when WindowBlind skins, were hosted on the Stardock site. Ignore 'em...... maybe someday they'll go away.
