Custom Soundpacks

Hello there,
I'm a new member, and I was trying to install some custom sounds from the link above. I have searched the tutorials etc but did not find something for sound schemes.
My problem is that the files are downloaded at .soundpack and i dont know how to "run" them.
Do I need to install any programm to run them, or just change the file extencion and run it?
Please help,

You need Stardock's SoundPackager to use those Sound Schemes. Learn more about it here : https://www.stardock.com/products/soundpackager/
