I need help!

I just downloaded and installed WB 3.5(registered version). I have also just done a clean install of Win2000 Professional. When I try to select a skin in Display Panel, my system locks up. I have to use task manager, processes, and manually end process for rundll32.exe Any suggestions out there?

Thanks, it's going again now. I set my computer clock back to March, and it's running again.
