Why when i install a skin for it i dont get the bar ...the start bar is the same as before......Is it cause i dont got winXP?

Do you have object bar installed ????, If you do haveit right click star bar/ change theme/load a different theme/select (US WB SKIN) and at styles select (*Use windowblind skin)

I have object bar..were do i go exactly to make it work with Windows Blinds?

Theme browser at bottom WindowsXP, in styles drop down box *Use WindowBlinds skin*, will use taskbar from any skin if it supports it.
