Err, how do you get CPU temperature and fan speed

... I know I might sound like a complete noob asking this, but is there a way for me to get a CPU temperature read using sysmetrix? I know that it displays on certain skins automatically... but I dont believe I have the feature on my computer, is there a way I could install it? Same for fan-rpm... thanks

Yes it is....when you install it just go with the recommended settings until you get a feel for it 
You'll also have to play with the Winbond settings until you come up with the sensor that's on your board...just keep changing it until you get a reading on the dashboard

yes ...go to downloads and get MBM 5....I think it's 5.3.xx

lol I have it... and I'm working on it... right now its telling me (with sysmetrix) that my cpu temp is 431 degrees x.o

. Needless to say you'll know what sensor to set when the right temp comes up. Usually the temps are winbond 1 for MB and winbond 2 for CPU...the fan should be xxxxhf-1 (maybe!)

Much easier.
You don't know that the temps you get aren't very accurate right? Even BIOS temp; the way that's done is pinging the CPU in live-time, therefore the temperature is actually like 40-60% load.
Some mobos are reported to be off by like 5C and even higher. As long as it's stable you're fine.
