I cant seem to get my stuff to work

Hey, im new to this site, and i was trying to get some skins...like the fully customized version of stuff, and i dont know how to get it to work, or whatever.It downloads and all that good stuff but when i click "open folder" and unzip it, all it does is pop up with that Open With stuff. All I want to know is how to get it operating. Thanks for help a 4'9'' soul

If it's a windowblinds skin, go to http://windowblinds.net and download windowblinds.
If it's for something else, go to the section you got it from, look at the top part of the page (just above the first skin) and see what program you need and where to get it from.
these skins actually need a program to apply them to the computer. They don't just pop up on their own.
