error message, please advise

Hello, I am trying to download some of the newest skins, but keep getting an error message:
"there appears to be no .uis in this skin, are you sure it's a window blinds skin?"
Since I am downloading from windowblinds, I am reasonably sure it's a window blinds skin. Help!

yeah, the right-click thing, and make sure its not packed in a zip file...
