User Pane Image Text

Okay, I thought I knew how to do this but I can't seem to get the text in the User Pane of the Start Panel to move up vertically. What's the trick?

I believe the text moves in synchronization with the user pic....at least that's how I remember it....could be wrong.
try this...Left tree, Desktop> Start Panel> User pane> User Picture. try shifting that around and see if it moves your text.

I'm a tad rusty but I seem to recall it being done by changing the content margins for either the User Pane or User Pic. However, I just tried both and neither seems to work. Has it been changed or am I just was beyond being rusty?

That may be why I thought I knew. I tried both and the text just sits there. The user pic, however, dances all around, stretches and all sorts of neat stuff.
