Sysmetrix question.

Tuesday, May 27, 2003 by Jachyra | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

The sysmetrix theme i'm using right now has values for TCP in and TCP out in what appears to be bytes. Is there a way to change those values so they would show as, say, kbytes or Megs ?

Thanks in advance.

yes...depending on how the info is shown.

if it's text, go into the main configuration menu>textual information, and change the 'divide by' to 1000 or 10000.

there doesn't seem to be anyway to change that if it's not text.

Thanks werewolf.

I already saw the 'divide by' item in the textual information, but after using it, it leaves many decimals... I wondered if there were any items in the *.ini file, for example, that could change that. Guess not

you can also format how many decimal places to show

use the 'format' section for that. For example: 0.00 or whatever you wish.

Ok, now I feel stupid. I spend so much time everyday on Excel here at the office and I didn't even see the 'format' section in Sysmetrix, let alone the fact it uses the same kind of formats as Excel. Sheesh!

Thanks werewolf
