Sound Schemes

I may have missed it someplace but is there any good sound scheme programs out there. I always expected SD to pump one out to go along with the winstyles. It would be kinda kewl to have some cartoon sounds with the toonxp themes no?

true, but windows also has icons you can changes as well. But we still use icon packager. Would be kinda nice to see some sound schemes to go with the themes/winstyles here at wincustomize. Sounds are a par of (win)dows to customize.
