What I really need is a brain that is quick enough to remind me that I am in that 'other' environment now and that I should spell-check.

kona...you should see icons at the bottom of each post...and your posts will have an edit icon...but it is time-limited so you cannot go back hours later and alter a comment already made...

The admins get extra icons....such as 'delete comment'...'empty commenter's bank account'...'lobotomise commenter'...that sort of thing...

It is only there for 15 minutes after you make the post. Post something and quick look, there should be three icons there... If there is not you may need to dump a cookie.
