get windowblinds, use one of the XPports and force coloring. You could then have any color you want. *s*

If you just want to change the color, you can do that thru Display Properties/Appearance

you can only change the colours if you are using windows classic. if your using luna you can change the start bar only using objectbar
windowblinds will change the window borders as well as the start bar

You would need the WindowBlinds program available from Stardock (there's a demo freeware version with limited functionality) to use "XP port" skins (which just means WindowBlind skins that are suited for or mimic the XP user interface style. WindowBlinds has a feature where one can change the coloring of the skin used, "force" it to use a color it wasn't designed with.

I think your ability to change the native XP Luna styles skins is extremely limited. I think you pretty much need to use a program which uses skins like WindowBlinds or (ahem) StyleXP. There is also a .dll hack that allows one to use StyleXP skins without the program. Without those however, I don't know that you can change the native Luna skins the way you want.
