A little help please?

Well I'm pretty new to this desktop thing. Ok, well I'll get to the point. I just Downloaded https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=1&SkinID=3267
for my desktop and i read the help files. It says for wba files just double click and it will be installed. Well i did that and it said that:
"Windows cannot open this file:
To open this file, Windows needs to know what program created it. Windows can go online to look it automatically, or you can manually select from a list of programs on your computer."
How do I make this work? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Try moving the file manually into the windowblind directory then selecting it from the appearence tab in the right-click (on desktop) menu...there may be a better easier way though

yrag is right though, you need windowblinds in order to use it. Go to http://www.windowblinds.net to download the shareware (trial) version. If you want the scrollbars and several other things skinned though, you'll have to buy the full version.

Ok, thanks for the help 
, but i have one more question, I dled the windowblinds and i installed the skin. But it didnt put the background shown in the screen shot. I still have my background image.. Or is that only an option in the premium version?

You mean the wallpaper? that is actually a wallpaper by Boxxi... "Iron horse" You can get it here https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=8&SkinID=6718
