This Gets Boring And Ugly

I've been visiting this site for around a week now and at first i thought it was cool creating your own theme and all. But now it's just BORING i've seen them all and not a lot are being made i searched through the whole database looking for a light red skin thats wasnt ugly, could i find one? NO i would just like to ask all the skinners to make a light red skin that looks like xp corona and maybe a wallpaper too. i would be very gratefullThank You

To be honest, I don't like negative things about this place by people who never tatched a painbrush theirself... 
some of them are just screaming about those little things, and that the skins are ugly WHILE THEY HAVE NEVER MADE A SKIN THEIRSELF.... how dare they! >

Snadd...this message board is primarily for skinners and wall artists, etc....you know, ....the actual contributors to this site. What say you create a bigger than 100k red skin and end up doing 3 things.... actually contributing something yourself....successfully finding yourself a damn red skin...and ultimately in the process come to understand just exactly WHY people here are generally unimpressed with your request, opinion, and tone.
Perhaps in a few 'more' weeks coming to this site you might also like to reveal a little civility and appreciation for what is provided here for you freely.
Necessity is the mother of invention.
All the skins are boring and/or ugly?
Fine.
Make your own. Others did and do.
Personally I get tired of the 'ME' generation....."gimme, gimme, gimme"

jafo finaly found out a way to use his html powers in a positive way Personaly I am just too damn bussy with other stuff, (like my own site) when I am finished I will go and do some skinning again....

I am trying to get it centered on the page, but when I rescale it, I want it to move to the left too, so its always in the middel. I did this by putting it in a table, so when you are rescaling the table moves among. Now a table dasn't have the function to make an image as a background file, so I have to put the text over it in a text layer. Now when I had done this, and rescaled it, the table did move, but the text layer not. I wrote some java script for this, but things are still a little bit messy. I will try to put it online, and the downloads on a server, so I don't have to have my server online 24/7. My upload spead is kind of slow too, the 280 kb of images loads in 3 seconds!

Personally, I am an appreciative person. That said, I think the skins on this site are great and I thank the skinners for sharing them with me.

Styl, I'm not sure I understand what you are trying to do.
Are you trying to put an image always centered horizontally and vertically on the page, no matter
the size of the screen? If so something like this should do the trick:
<TABLE height="100%" cellSpacing=0 cellPadding=0 width="100%" border=0>
<TR>
<TD vAlign=center align=middle><IMG src="your_image.jpg"></TD>
</TR>
</TABLE>
If I didn't understand what your problem is, well my apologies.

I konw that paxx, But do you maby have any idea how I can put text over that? I figered the same out, and when you go and put a text layer over it, the text layer dasn't move among...

I learned, it wasnt as much fun doing a skin that I thought would be "popular" as doing doing one I liked. I dont like red much myself, not all over windows anyway so i would never use it. I gave up half way and uploaded it to the graphics section to be pillaged by those hungry "red" skinners
