Help about applying skin

I downloaded and tried many skins, and they all change except for my taskbar.. I downloaded Copperdeck before, and i got tired of it so i wanted to change to others, but everything changes to the new skin except the taskbar, i tried deleting copperdeck skin but the orange taskbar is still there and doesn't blend with my blue.. Anyone knows how do i get rid of the orange copperdeck thingy and replace it with my new skin? Thanks a lot guys...
