Can someone help!!! New to Wincustomize

I try to download winstyles but can't open them. Is there any software i need to download first or how do i open that particular files.? Thanks to ya'll willing to help. KSTUCCI >

In the about winstyles section (in the upper part of each page in the winstyles library) you'll find info about winstyles and what it does: https://www.stardock.com/products/winstyles/
It's helpful to read the info available so one can understand what is involved and what is needed.
Winstyles is a way to put together a theme including windowblinds, icons, etc. But you need the winstyles program and the respective somponent programs to install and use the skins in the theme such as windowblinds, iconpackager, etc.
