Problems Uploading

I've having issues getting this wallpaper I made uploaded. I do all the things necessary to upload it and I submit it and it says everything went fine and please wait 4 days to see it, but when I go to my skins it doesn't say the wallpaper is upload. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? I upload a jpg for the preview, and and then put it in a zip and i upload that. What more do I need to do?

This is making me mad! I spent 10 hours rendering this stupid picture and now I can't show anyone!
