Ok, My "Stolen" Iconpack was refused for a good reason,
I recieved a mail telling me the reason of refusing.
This is a fair way of proceeding.
Bytheway, what happend to my "Stolen" Windowblinds skin submission?
It's not anymore "Waiting fo approval", it's not even in my skin submissions, it's not even in the Wincustomize site.
Has it been lost? Refused?
Should't you apply the same procedure for IconPacks and for WBskins?

The most likely cause is that your skin was rejected. In the past it was policy to send emails when a skin was not rejected. But due to many return flame emails we change our policy to send acceptance emails instead. However, the admins occassionally will send a rejection email like the one you received.
I personally do not moderate the submissions therefore I do not know what happened to your submission in particular. One of the other admins most likely rejected it.

I sent you an email, concerning the WindowBlinds skin. In your description, you stated that you couldn't remember if you had made it or if you had stolen it. I can't imagine someone forgetting a skin they had created. This coupled with the title of the skin is very suspicious. 2 other moderators were also suspicious. I rejected it for these reasons, and sent you an email. I know the email went out, because we all get copies of these emails, and I have it in my inbox............

Dunno, i have so much spam... maybe i haven't seen the e-mail about WB Skin,.
The title stolen came on BECAUSE of my doubt on having "stolen" it...
-Forgetting about a skin you create is easy for me,
I personally do ToShop imgs (lots of) from scratch or sometimes using other materials.
I only create skins after lots of time (choose the right one and have time to), therefore sometimes i confuse personal works with Netfound material.
There is no problem for me on not accepting the submission,
I just wanted to know.

I saw this skin over at DevArt too. I really can't believe that someone can 'forget' whether a piece of work is their own or not. Unless of course you're that guy from 'Memento'.
Either you have the original source files for the images or you don't. It can't be that difficult to remember.

well, i have original source file, but was it a simple screenshot(webpage..) before doing the basic PhotoShop image for the skin?
That was basic statement: "If someone knows where i can have steeled it from, plz tell me"
Again, i do not whant to "use/steel/usurpate" others people work-
that's why i will remove it tomorrow from every site i posted it-
(it's 2O'clock in the morning here in CH,
Now I have to sleep, if i can...)
