Besides disgusting and unethical, I find it in poor taste and completely incompetent for someone to take another person’s work and present it as his/her own with out the consent of the artist. One thing is to have copy the colors, letters or even the composition and another thing is to have taken the entire design and use it as original.
It really burns me when things like this happen. We are all behind you Titan.

Anyone remember this guy? http://my.opera.com/customize/skins/index.pl?author=433 He is using pix OS, Orion and Toon Icons among others. I dled some of the files and I can't seem to find a permissions text in any of them... Though he is giving credit in the descriptions, so that must make it OK! (sarcasm)
