What are you mumbling about? Did you try all avaiable skins already? Isn't there anything released? Is the quality of the newly released skins low? Why don't you skin something and upload it here?

testing thread is where Adam linked too.
As for nothing new here, i have said something like that... I guess what it really is that something i want new. After going through thasands of skins from the past (even from 1999) I want more skins at a faster rate.
But now I am working on a few skins of my own. Allot really. I even have a schedule. (which is pretty cool)
so far I have 6 windowblinds
14-20 beaniks
20 walls
40 DX's waiting to be finished...
a few object bars
14 quicknotes
7 rainlenders
and some other... and I want to enter into that contest at skin it.net
I am sure others are doing thier thing. what I do is not look at any skins for a while and then look (like 2 weeks later)
Plenty of skins to sort through.
