Why does a registered version of WB only work for one user only on XP?

hmmm.... just went and checked, by default now, all names automaticly have windowblinds running... hmmm.... you could always go under the name you want and then Start --> run--> 'c:\program files\object desktop\windowblinds\wbload.exe'
then see if it is running...
and if it is, go to windowblinds from the apperence dialog, and set it to always run at startup, you may have to repeat for each individual user... my fingers are crossed...
