I have toon xp but how can i get the sounds of because i dont want the sounds please help me!!!!!!

Do you mean on the WindowBlinds skin? If so, then simply go into the WindowBlinds configuration, go to Basic Settings, and uncheck "Use skin sounds (if any)." That's assuming you have WindowBlinds 4, but I think it's the same thing if you have a previous version.
