skins without a wba file

For some reason I keep downloading skins that have no zip or wba file in them. I get a folder with all the .bmp and no .wba file.

Im rather new...Im sure Im just missing something. Do you have to install these differently? A different version or something?
Sorry, im confused.

I assume you're talking about Windowblinds skins. They are downloaded as .wba files. If you're getting the auto-download it unzips it and makes a folder with the skin files inside. There would be no .wba file in the skin folder but there should be .bmp's, one .uis and possibly a few other config files.

To install them manualy, right-click the download link and select "save target as", download the .wba file to your desktop, open Display Propoerties/Appearance and click on "add". In the dialog that opens select the .wba file on your desktop.
