once you click the magnifying glass you're "watching" the thread... so clicking it again would effectively disable it (hence the red 'X' over the magnifying glass once you're already watching it)

Holy crapoly, Jafo! Sorry to hear about your hard drive. I lost mine in January, so I know what you mean. Hope you can salvage some of your stuff from it. In the meantime, I will be on my best behavior. I don't want to get your knickers in a knot.

Imported the pst info into Express...got the important junk...
Outlook is still mangled...and I think that's down to the pst file.
Got all the info off the HD...one small section causes head crash I think...sounds good, anyway...
So...one game is junk....[USAF]....copying all the files to an alternate drive and renaming drive letters makes it easier than re-installing everything, anyway...

and yes, mine are, still.
First I lost my HD...terminal hardware...then got it back [second chance to salvage essential stuff] but Outlook is fragged and I possibly have lost all the emails etc which is a bigger problem.... >
Be wise to steer clear of me for a while...
