Here's what I would like to do...

So I'm confused with the Google results, so I will ask here. It's pretty simple, I would like to create a shortcut on my desktop that when clicked will instantly put the computer to sleep. I am running Windows 10 with hibernation turned off. I simply don't know what code to use for the shortcut. LOL.

Or if you want to do it the easy way http://www.softpedia.com/get/System/Launchers-Shutdown-Tools/Sleep-Shortcut-for-Windows-10.shtml

Or hit it with a hammer, that's nature's snooze button.
