not sure if doing something wrong or what. I saw you said updated so I switched to toon, went to wb and deleted the theme redownloaded and applied it but still black bar in OE. did I do something wrong?

well hopefully someone can tell me what Im doing wrong concerning applying the updated version to fix my OE bar but as an FYI with the CursorXP theme "Stealth" if you enable hue shift 245 and Bright 12 Contrast 4% I get a almost perfect match to the gold of this theme.

For those who use this skin but do not have the rest of the Toon-XP suite, I found that the Noia Icon Pack by Carlitus works great with this theme. You can down load it here ->https://www.wincustomize.com/skins.asp?library=2&SkinID=834

yeah... and deviantart.com has a matching Noia winamp 3 skin by carlitus as well downloaded it yesterday

All's we needs now is a cursor set, wish I could do this stuff.
Looking forward to the Logon too mormegil, damn but you do fine work.
I love the Mechano'y nuts on the corners, scrollbars skinned too, very nice.
Attention to detail. I like it.
