HELP-wHAT KING OF PROGRAMMES I NEED

If my current os is 2000pro,i want to make it look like win xp pro,including the folder icons,startmenu..what programme can i use ?????

WindowBlinds for skinning the windows (therea are several WindowsXP-looking skins)

ObjectBar to mimic the XP taskbar and menu

IconPackager to load icon sets (though icons made specifically for XP will look properly on Windows 2K)
