Avatar upload appears broken again

when I go to the images tab I get this Avatar upload is initializing. Please wait.
There are no buttons for uploading image showing at all

Many of us have had this issue (myself included). If the change is showing on your account page then try cleaning out your cache and reload the page.

I have tried all three sites the buttons do not even appear this time for me

I assume you're trying to upload via JoeUser? It has been my experience that you can't do it from WC.
I have always done it from any WC forum. In fact the Avatar I'm using now I just uploaded a few weeks ago. There was a site problem a bit after and now can't do it. Would just go into any forum click on Account at the top then images. As mentioned no more button. Sure would like to see it fixed again.

You can upload your avatar from joeuser or Stardock Forums from "Account">"images".
Also, clear your browser's cache.

there are no buttons on the pages to click on to upload the image itself

Try a different browser and see if that helps. The buttons don't show in Edge but do show in Google Chrome on my laptop.

I have tried edge,chrome,firefox on this machine and edge and chrome on my laptop I was able to change it by going here
