question for skinners

Hi all,
need a little help:
workin on a new WB skin and after I applied my image to the quicklaunch buttons it also applied the button image to the taskbar behind the buttons as well, I saw this in my last skin, and then the problem disappeared. but I don't know what I did to make it go away and now I can't figure it out. Thanks in advance.

I don't have the problem on the vertical taskbar!
Do you have MSN Messenger? If you do, I think we should try and cure this together on messenger.

One more thing it isn't, I tried replacing the bmp with a tga, no avail
