WB 10.6 issues

10.6 is doing funny things to my skins. The task bars are too tall. Images that should be transparent are showing the desktop in the transparent area instead of the object behind it. Start Menu items are all over the place like I had before, even with AV disabled.
1) Taskbar from 6502 skin. The "Rebar Gripper" is showing the desktop instead of the taskbar background.
2) Text items in wrong positions. Incorrect search icon in search text box. Missing restart buttons.
I've not noticed anything else so far that is amiss, but I will append here.

Unloaded WB 10.6 and Start Menu misalignments persist.
That looks like the default WB. If it is I have no problem with it. I did have a lineup situation with 1 out of many of the skins I made. Adjusted margins and all fine now. Other then that it is working fine on my win 10 machine. Have not tried it yet on my win 7.
The Diamond skin that a new Skinner may use as a template works fine also.
I would guess you rebooted after you installed the update. Sometimes as in the past when you loaded a WB it would be messed up here or there. Try loading another one and then loading the one you are showing again.

The start menu bug disappeared again. Not sure how / why. I'll just chalk it up to 'one of those things' and will try to find out what I did to straighten it out next time it happens.
I have corrected the task bar height bug on one of my skins. Once it has been tested with 10.6, I will reupload.
The transparency problem with the gripped on the taskbar is still there. I've tried using the 'magic pink' and a TGA alpha channel without effect.

Just out of curiosity...did you check 'this image uses transparency' (I think that's what it says. Been going over the WB tutorial Kitty made). I dunno...

I did. I have tried various permutations without any success. TGA, BMP with Magenta, Transparency on, off. Reboots. Still only showing desktop through and not the taskbar background image as it was before.
It's not a show stopper for me. I will just stop using transparent Rebar Grippers in future work. My concern is that the issue might be systemic and other elements are suffering similarly. And that many themes that currently use transparent Rebar Grippers are now broken.

Unloaded WB 10.6 and Start Menu misalignments persist. So this might be an issue with Start10, and not WB.
All Programs section askew.
