thats very not true Hoppity, you need to start with a good piece of software (Photoshop..Bryce etc) and get yourself some tutorials etc and just get the feel of the software itself and take it from there, practice makes perfect

99% of a well-made peice of art is having an solid idea of what you are making before you make it. Sure, lucky accidents happen, but I would say only 1 out of 100 are gonna make you and the people that download it happy.
