WB 10 opens and closes immediately

I have downloaded and been excited about using WB 10, however, when double clicking and attempting to open, it opens for about 2 seconds and then immediately shuts down. Is there a fix for this? Using Win 8.1 and it used to work but now I am having the problem. Older version still works.
