Icon & Cursor creation program

Hi there,

I would like to create some icons and mouse cursors for PC (using Windows). But I dont know any good program to do this. Anyone here please help me.

i try to create some icon (using IconWorkshop), but it not smooth

any idea?

?? If you are on XP, create the icons in XP mode. It uses anti-aliasing. Another thing to try is make the initial graphic in some graphics app which can save .png files. Then, using Axialis, import the .png and create an icon.
