White dots

Greetings ( again ). I've fixed the bmp pictures. And now when I applyed the skin, I saw a lot of white dots on the picture. what can this be ????

1 more thing... This is the fist time Im using this program. Where can I find the background color ???

Go into edit, Center Panel, then change the Mask, First, last colors. At least that's all I did.

Thx.... I changed the background color to white... I still get those white dots

I should of asked, which part of the logon has the white spots?

If it's also Top and bottom panels, then you have to do it to that also.
