Got this again after they said issue was fixed about my subscription.
Credit Card charged Stardock Shop shows subscription plus I bought Windowblinds recently now this message.

- WinCustomize User Level increases to User Level 5 (Subscriber). Once you purchase a WinCustomize Subscription, you will be automatically promoted to User Level 5.
