What browser are you using?
Does this happen with all skins?
Are you sure it's WB and not some weird java script for popups or something like that?

If you're talkin about minimizing, then it's uaually from something called 'common names' under your program files.

Happened to me and many other users. Uninstallin it will solve it and the chances of it messin something up is highly unlikely.

Are you using an I-Feel mouse? If so, please try the following:

Set WindowBlinds to load on startup by using the option in the
WindowBlinds configuration window.
Un-check the 'Start Automatically' option in Immersion Desktop.
Place a shortcut to Immersion Desktop in the Startup folder.
Restart Windows.

This will allow Immersion Desktop to start automatically, but after
WindowBlinds has loaded, and should alleviate the problem.

If you don't have this mouse, or the Immersion Desktop software, are you running an internet utility called CommonNames? (which installs itself with some internet services like Kazaa) Also, if you use ad-subtract (ad blocker) please exclude it from being skinned.

To add items to the exclusion list, do the following once you have the WindowBlinds configuration window open:

- click the 'Per Application' icon on the left of the window
- click 'Add per application setting'
- use the Select Application window to browse to the application you need to exclude, select the program, and click the open button
- check the box next to 'Ignore this application and do not skin it'
- click OK, then click Apply and OK in the configuration window
