Object Bar Start Meni shortcut?

How can i Add a Startbar shortcut to my object dock? ive seen icons for them but i dont know what do do with it as far as the path...any suggestions?

HMMMM sounds good but when i do it the shortcut ( a questionmark) "explodes" and dissapears 
am i doing something wrong? also is that how i would get a show desktopp button..just drag it on the shortcut? and when i drag it onto any other shortcut on the desktop it explodes

I was searching for the Show Desktop Command But i couldnt find it..Does anyone know how do do that? if posssible? also the show desktop in the taskbar hides objectbar too so i cant use that...oh well
