Glitch on WB Config window.
All skins.

Guys, this glitch happens regardless of which monitor WB Config is located on. It goes away only if I move the window, or click in it, then outside of it.
Sometimes it goes away on mouse movement.
Windows 10 Pro (14393.rs1_release_inmarket.161102-0100)
WindowBlinds 10.5 (029 - Windows 10 Edition) - 64 bit OS
Window titlebar blur features are enabled on this operating system

I think RnD deliberately broke WB. Bad RnD. Bad boy! 
Have you tried with a different cursor fx skin, and without cursor fx?
