Don't the web browsers not skin anymore?

I'm using Wind 8.1 and Google Chrome
What is not skinning?
Chrome titlebars should skin assuming you have not set a custom look in Chrome itself.

I remember seeing in a recent thread where someone had caused himself a problem with Chrome by unchecking "Use hardware acceleration when available" within Chrome's Advanced settings. You might make sure that is checked.

Which browsers are you using?
The titlebars of Internet Explorer, Chrome, FireFox and Edge should skin. Make sure you are using WindowBlinds 10.50
The scrollbars, buttons inside webpages etc do not as the browser authors decided to do their own thing.
