Minimize icon for Outlook

Was SUPER happy to be able to skin Outlook! One tiny glitch. The minimize icon doesn't work when you click in the middle (on the white down arrow) but will work if you click over to the side. Outlook 2010. I will probably get to office 365 anyway but thought you should know.

That is normal. Office 2016 has its own custom title bars which unfortunately are non skinnable as they do not use the operating system look.
