DesktopX trouble

i've never used this programme before.... just downloaded DX Calendar and applied it but i cant seem to position it on my desktop to where i want it, the frame itself moves but the dates ect stay in the same place, what am i doing wrong?

ok a silly question, applied vampire clock.........ummm how do i change the time?

maybe right click see if it gives you a configure mode?
