Two WindowBlinds entries in the Stardock start menu folder.

Are both of these shortcuts correct? One has the old WB icon, the other has the new icon.  Does Screen10.exe load the service? Thanks.

I'm on Win 8 and I have the same thing. Seems Screen.exe uses the old icon.

I have the same thing as you werewolf.  I launch WB with the one on the left.  I think the other is needed for launching WB when using Start10.
