ToonXP, OB and custom colors pls help

Tuesday, April 8, 2003 by Jess McGuay | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk

Okay a while back when I posted about having problems with manually coloring toonxp someone explained how make toonXP use custom colors. I then posted that my OB displayed as black instead of reflecting the WB colors. Anyway someone said it did work and posted a pick of their desktop with it working.

Anyway Im being told now that OB NEVER did work with custom colors so could someone it does work for pls post a pic or email it to me so I can post it in the thread in Stardocks ng's since Im being told it never ever worked.

Thx in advance
Just Jess

ObjectBar never has supported custom coloring. You could try to apply custom color to the WB skin and then change the Objectbar skin to "Use the current Windowbinds skin" and that might work but I haven't tried it , nor do I own toon. Good Luck

well see that fits with what SD has told me but someone here swore it did work and posted a pic of their desktop so just wondering how they did it then.If I try to use the SS color skin feature then I get purple buttons intead of it keeping the yellow and just replaceing the red with blue
