Start Menu Problem...

I had ObjectBar loaded. Then I decided to unload it. Now when I go into the start menu and right click on one of my folder icons the menu comes-up like it should but when I pick the Open, Open All Users, Explore, or Explore All Users nothing happens. Normally Windows Explorer will launch taking me into that directory. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I don't use OB but since I am a buttinsky I thought I would share my comment.
Try taking a peak at the programs that start on the get-go of windows and see if there might be a parcel of OB that is loading that might be blocking explorer from loading.
