Trying to merge 2 accounts

Hey
im trying to merge my 2 accounts, and got a message "you will recieve an email to both of these address's that you have to respond to to confirm" and its been over 24 hours and i have recieved no email in either account?
Any ideas?

1) Look in the spam folder of the email linked to your Stardock account.
2) Stardock Support works M-F, 9-5, Eastern time (US). Wait until the weekend is over.
