Last Seen / Last Active broken

My profile pages say I was last seen on September 19, 2015, which is definitely wrong:

I visit WinCustomize at least once or twice a month and I could not have published Fusion AMPdeck 10 days ago if I had not been here since last September.

That (among many other problems) has been happening here on WC for over 10 years.
For instance, in my profile right now, with me logged in and actively posting, it says:
Last Active: May 23, 2016 12:58 PM
Status: ( Offline )
I could make a list of site issues, but that would take hours.
